Congratulations to Carley Roberts and Taylor Payne! Their drawings were selected in the Glasstastic competition through the Brattleboro Art Museum. Each of their drawings will be turned into sculptures by glass artists. The exhibition is from March 18-June 18 and any artist who submitted work will have their drawings on display! Only 20 drawings were selected from 1,000.

The Candy Land Social was a huge success.  Thank you to everyone who came, and a special thank you to the Why Not? students who helped to plan the social and take care of the decorations, games, raffle and food.  The results of the 3-point basketball competition are: 3rd place – Anthony McGahy of Verve; 2nd place – Tommy O’Leary of Dorset House; and the winner was Koa Yee of Polaris.  Mr Yoon was the closest guess in the Jelly bean game, but gave up his prize to the second closest guess, which was Davis Cota.
 
The Multimedia Club will meet in room 167after school today. New members are welcome.
 
Auditions for the Spring musical, Annie, will be held this week. All audition information is listed on the Annie NEO page. Signup sheets for the Singing Auditions are on the Annie Board outside the Chorus Room.

Congratulation to both the Girls A and B basketball teams for their effort against ADL last night.  The A team played hard and had a great comeback but came up one basket short and lost 24-21.  The B team playing their toughest opponent of the year won 31-11.
 
Please excuse the Girls basketball teams during itime to help set up the gym for their game today.
 
The 7th Grade Chorus should report to the lobby at 9:30 to board the bus for our visit to Pillsbury Manor South today. Students will return by 11:15.

Change war counting continues! We have so much change! Grade standings will be announced Thursday morning.  Bring your bills in to sabotage the other grades and improve your grade's chance of winning the ice cream. $1600 is what we need in coin and dollars to dunk Mr. Schlenter, Mr. Yoon, Mr. Button, and Mr. D! Bills accepted during the school day in the library and during lunches! Let's collect a lot of cash to help fight hunger in our community!
